If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of your right of withdrawal for a full refund. Please note that all items must be in unworn original condition, free from deodorant, cream, make-up or other residues and the labels must also be on them so that they can be accepted for returns.
For returns within Germany only: Please notify me of your cancellation / return within 14 days of your right of cancellation by e-mail to return@balou.yoga and you will then receive an email from me with the link to the return label. Simply enter your address details, print it out, stick it on the well-sealed package and send it back. Please remember that returning the goods without comment is not a cancellation, the cancellation must be made in writing within the 14-day cancellation period. This is the only way a return is effective and can be reimbursed by me.
If you do not use the Balou Yoga return label, but return the goods at your own expense, I will not reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Again, remember to submit your cancellation in writing within the 14-day cancellation period.
Please make sure that you return the goods immediately, but at the latest within 14 days after your withdrawal. After receiving your return, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be received using the payment method selected in the order. If you have used a shop credit when ordering, the respective amount will be reimbursed as a shop credit. In the case of gift vouchers, the amount to be reimbursed will be credited to the gift voucher.
The following applies to exchanges: Please inform me within your 14-day right of withdrawal that you would like to exchange an item by sending an email to return@balou.yoga . You can then order the desired replacement item in the shop and I will refund the returned item after receipt and successful inspection.
If you send back a return without using your 14-day right of cancellation, I have the right not to accept it.
It applies to natural cosmetic products and essential oils that they are returned unused and unopened in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the right of withdrawal expires and a return is no longer possible for health and hygiene reasons.
The following applies to yoga mats: For hygienic reasons, I can only accept a return if the yoga mat shows absolutely no signs of wear of any kind. Therefore, please only wear clean socks with the yoga mat test, not barefoot, please do not wipe the yoga mat and do not clean it. It is also important that you do not practice sweaty asanas when testing, but only light and calm. Yoga mats made of natural rubber can have a smell that is completely natural and normal and disappears after a while.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who were not members of a member state of the European Union at the time the contract was concluded and whose sole domicile and delivery address were outside the European Union at the time the contract was concluded.
For returns outside of Germany: Please inform me of your cancellation within your 14-day cancellation right by email: return@balou.yoga. I would like to point out that you have to bear the shipping costs of the return. Please ensure that you have sufficient franking and send your return to me immediately. After receiving your return, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be returned to your account. If you want to exchange something, let me know about it within your 14-day right of withdrawal, send the goods back, the amount will be refunded, and you can then simply place a new order.
